Hi.

I went down to my old school today, to see the year 11 students who had their prom tonight. My friend Lauren was amongst them. She looked absolutely gorgeous! There was so many other girlies there too, who also looked fab! Then the boys were all fancy in their suits. I got talking to some of my old teachers when I was there too, so that was awesome. But it has made me feel so nostalgic tonight. I’ve looked through my year book, looked at my prom photo book, and just woah, I miss it so bad! On Monday it’s going to be exactly two years since my prom, and last day of school. Two whole years, already. It’s just insane. Time goes too quickly. I’ve been on the edge of crying all day! I’m such a soppy thing. Ah well, school was amazing, and will always hold the best memories of my life.

I saw him tonight, for the first time, and I’ve wanted to see him for ages. So I am really lucky. It was just so amazing, and I shall definitely have to see him again!

On Wednesday, I had to go for a blood test, and then my Mum rang me, saying that she’d come pick me up from it, and we could go for a wander and to have some food. That, in itself, was a lovely surprise, and so I was excited from then. However, there was a real surprise in waiting.
I got into the car, and my Mum said to me, “Right, this is a surprise, and I’ve had it planned for ages, and it’s done now, and well, just look..”
So then she showed me her right wrist, and there was a tattoo.
It’s stunning, and has black swirls, with small black stars, and then a big pink star, which, she’s told me, represents me, and then next to it, is my name, Carys. (I’ll put a photo up soon.) I was just, in shock, to say the least. Naturally, I started crying, and my Mum says, “I knew you’d cry, stop crying!”, as I said to her, they were good tears, but even so, she insisted I stop!
Ever since, I’ve just been in shock, and every time I think of it, it puts the biggest smile on my face. I’ve got the picture on my phone too, so I keep on looking at it. Just wow, she’s perfect, the best Mum anyone could ever have.
I love her, so so much. ♥
